- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- You must initiate your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
- Opened or used dental tools and products.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support team at findamzon@outlook.com to request a return authorization.
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at findamzon@outlook.com. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.
