Eligibility for Returns

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• You must initiate your return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

• Opened or used dental tools and products.
• Personalized or custom-made items.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer support team at findamzon@outlook.com to request a return authorization.
2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at findamzon@outlook.com. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.
